Qingdao JZLEAP Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 by an agreement between Qingdao Jiazhan Holding Group Co., Ltd. and LEAP Semiconductor Corp. To achieve the industrialization of silicon carbide, we took the lead in setting up a professional production line in China for silicon carbide slicing, grinding and polishing, so as to establish the connections between the scientific research achievements in silicon carbide crystallography in China over the past 15 years and the commercialization process of leading international manufacturers.
